Lorne Laboratories – Our COVID-19 arrangements

In these unprecedented times the Lorne team wanted to keep you updated on our current production and customer service arrangements.

As major suppliers to NHS Blood and Transplant and many other global healthcare providers, we are continuing to operate during the COVID-19 Pandemic with improved measures in place to ensure the safety of our staff and stakeholders. This means that for our customers, suppliers and partners there will be little noticeable difference.

Our working hours remain as normal, with our UK head office operating between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 4pm on Fridays. You can use the usual phone, fax and email contact details to get in touch. In the UK these are:

We are carefully monitoring the situation and following advice and guidelines from the UK Government, NHS England and the World Health Organisation. We’ll review these arrangements at the end of April and provide further updates when required.
